We are currently in the process of choosing one extraordinary, open-hearted woman to become our Blessed With A Baby Surrogate Ambassador — sharing her surrogacy journey publicly on social media, inspiring intended parents, and helping break the stigma around surrogacy. The Surrogate Ambassador receives a one-of-a-kind experience, additional compensation, and the chance to be the face of a movement that changes lives.
Please note: if you are currently pregnant, you would need to be at least 6 months postpartum before starting a surrogacy pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, you would need to finish breastfeeding prior to the embryo transfer.

COVID vaccination is not a requirement to become a surrogate! There are wonderful matches available across the full range of views — we simply ask because it's a question the medical clinic will want answered.
Intended parents invest significant emotional energy, time, and resources into surrogacy with the hope of welcoming a healthy child. To protect both you and them, our agreements specify that termination will not be requested for elective reasons such as gender selection, a change of heart about parenting, or a major life event affecting the intended parents.
However, in rare cases, prenatal testing or ultrasound may reveal a serious medical concern with the pregnancy. Even when embryos are genetically tested before transfer, testing is not perfect and new findings can emerge. In these situations, the intended parents — guided by their IVF physician, OB, or maternal-fetal medicine specialist — may make the difficult decision to terminate.
Surrogacy works best when surrogate and intended parents share aligned views on medical decision-making before a match is made. Please answer honestly below — the goal isn't to give a "right" answer, but to find intended parents whose values match yours. There are wonderful matches available across the full range of views.
Which statement best reflects your approach to termination decisions in a surrogacy pregnancy?
We ask about Down syndrome (Trisomy 21) specifically because it's a condition where intended parents' and surrogates' views can differ. There is no judgment attached to any answer — we simply need to know.
